Wall Street Starts Week With Losses

(New York, NY) -- Stock prices fell Monday, with pressure coming from concerns over sovereign debt issues in Europe. Those concerns were offset slightly by Hasbro and CVS Caremark raising outlooks and beating expectations with their fourth-quarter results. At the close, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 104 points to close at 99-08. It was the first close below the ten-thousand mark for the Dow since November 4th. The broader S&P 500 shed nine points to 10-57 while the Nasdaq was down 15 points to 21-26. Oil prices gained 70 cents to settle at 71-dollars-89 cents a barrel.
